About Ashley

Ashley has always had a special connection to Lake Martin, where she spent weekends and summers at her family’s home in Trillium. Growing up surrounded by the beauty of Lake Martin and a family deeply rooted in real estate, Ashley developed a natural passion for the industry. Both her grandfather and father worked in real estate and new home construction, inspiring her to follow in their footsteps.

 

Having an extensive background in sales, Ashley has been a consistent top producer at Lake Martin Realty. With a reputation for excellence and dedication, she has earned multiple awards for her outstanding achievements throughout her career, including President's Club, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Sales Levels. Her commitment to client satisfaction and her deep understanding of the Lake Martin market make her a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers alike. Her favorite niche is lot sales—for those families who want to buy a lot, design and build their dream lake home. Ashley is a 2002 graduate of Montgomery Academy and a 2006 graduate of Birmingham Southern College. Her greatest compliment is when friends from high school and college come to her to buy or sell a home on Lake Martin.

 

Ashley is married to David Chancellor, owner of Legacy New Homes, and together they share a love for homebuilding in the community. Ashley has a natural eye for interior design, making it a great fit for plan development, design, and decor, and the perfect partnership for a residential construction company. She recently opened Lake Martin Interiors to facilitate her offering of interior design and furnishings for clients.

 

Ashley and David have a daughter, Ella, who is a freshman at Auburn University. The couple is involved with many local charities and organizations, including Children’s Harbor, Lake Martin Area Habitat for Humanity, and several animal shelters. When she’s not helping clients find their dream home, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and Yorkies on the lake!
